Here are some great photos from local bicycle photo legend Pete DiAntoni. These were taken in NYC while he was there on assignment for COG magazine, which is also a sponsor of this contest. New York City, once a virtual desert of bicycle facilities, has gotten religion in a big way. They now boast tons of super cool innovative bicycle facilities and a great transportation plan that emphasizes land use and pedestrian/bicycle access. These photos by Pete highlight the newish separated bike lanes on the Williamsburg Bridge. Pete said bike traffic on the bridge was just off the hook. Thanks for the great photographs Pete.
